Terms and Conditions
Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
If you do have a complaint please email email@example.com We welcome and learn from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery.
We also offer a FREE delivery option, this is for all orders over £79 (excluding VAT) and will be treated as a standard delivery option unless otherwise stated.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in four working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within seven working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be treated as the order has been received on the following Monday.
NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all main land UK nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive and will not arrive on your nominated day. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within seven working days after the date nominated at the checkout.
A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and nominated day deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery two more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
